Every time we turn around, Biden is choosing another moron to fill an important office. It’s as if he blindly picks anyone with an ethnic name, hoping that he can get them to pass through Congress without too much of a problem.
Many of Biden’s picks have not gotten approved because they are either not qualified to do the job or they have had questionable backgrounds.
Biden thought that Ketanji Brown Jackson was going to be an easy pick for SCOTUS. That’s turned out to be anything but the case.
The more people look into Jackson’s background, the more they have cause for concern.
Jackson can’t be approved as a Supreme Court Justice solely because she is female and Black. She has to actually show that she can take a bipartisan approach to ruling on cases.
As some of her rulings on past cases have been inspected, there’s a concerning trend. She seems to be extremely lenient when it comes to sex crimes.
Anyone who has child pornography in their possession is truly sick. And those who look at such things are likely to act on such things as soon as they have the opportunity.
Yet, Jackson has shown that she doesn’t think it’s that big of a deal – and that alone should terrify all of Congress into making sure that she doesn’t get the confirmation needed to sit on the Supreme Court.
Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) had the chance to speak out about Biden’s pick when he went onto FNC’s “Hannity” this past Thursday. As usual, he didn’t hold back on what he thought about her – particularly about how he has noticed that Jackson has a history of being quite lenient on sex offenders. And when asked, it seems that Brown refuses to address the topic.
Hawley spoke with Sean Hannity and said that there’s “a pattern here of treating sex offenders leniently, those who have gone after children.” He went on to say that it’s important to ask the question of whether we’re going to have a Supreme Court judge who will protect the children or the child predators. He went on to state that the question is “one I think that every parent in America would like answered, but it’s one that the White House doesn’t want to answer.”
A lot of what the liberals fight for is questionable. After all, we’re dealing with an administration that sees nothing wrong with aborting babies in the womb long after the heartbeat has been detected and even up to the point of viability.
Shouldn’t we at least be looking to protect those who have made it out of the womb? No one deserves to become the victim of a sexual predator – and when young kids become prey, it can scar them for the rest of their lives.
Many members of the GOP have openly asked Ketanji Brown Jackson about her record. This is where Hawley expresses his concern because of the “total radio silence from her.” He goes on to say that sex predators have constantly been let off the hook with little more than a slap on the wrist.
We expect SCOTUS to do their job when a case lands in front of them. They are supposed to rule based on the current laws. And with Jackson, we have someone who has actually raised concern that sex offender registries may be unconstitutional. Jackson seems to think that parents don’t need to be notified if a sex offender moves into their neighborhood.
Once a person commits a crime, particularly a sex offense, they lose their right to hide. It’s beyond troubling – and Hawley and other members of the GOP want answers before they let Jackson into the Supreme Court. Perhaps if the liberals exercised morals instead of blindly following Biden, we wouldn’t even be having this argument.
