Biden Administration Fails by Not Concentrating on COVID Pills

The COVID-19 pandemic has been plaguing the nation for over two years now. Each and every American is sick and tired of the games. We don’t even have consistent messaging across the 50 states. Those in Texas and Florida get to live without being suffocated by masks while those in New York and California are being told that they need a mask everywhere.

We’ve been vaccinated. We’ve been boosted. And even when we were told we would never have a COVID passport, we’re being forced to show proof of vaccination in so many places around the country – for conventions, concerts, and even to step into a museum in Los Angeles.

More and more people have been vaccinated – and that has led to hospitalization rates going down.

More and more people have gotten COVID – and that has led to people developing natural immunity.

While Dr. Fauci and the rest of the Biden administration fearmongers their way through the pandemic, we have to start looking at common sense. We’ve done all that we can. If people don’t want to vaccinate, they’re not going to vaccinate. So, maybe we should stop with the vaccination campaigns. And, while we’re at it, let’s stop with the shaming.

Instead, let’s focus on a way to make sure that people can recover if they get COVID. This is where COVID pills come into play.

Antiviral COVID-19 pills have been created by a few different pharmaceutical companies at this point. There’s Molnupiravir from Merck and Ridgeback Biotherapeutics. There’s also Paxlovid from Pfizer. Both are capable of treating COVID infections at home so that people don’t have to go to the hospital. It allows people to recover faster and reduce the symptoms so that the hospitals are kept available to those who have life-threatening needs.

“It should be easy, and it’s chaos,” explains Mark Newman, the CEO of Nomi Health. He’s referring to the availability of these pills. Once a person has been diagnosed as COVID positive, they have a five-day window in which to receive the medication. There are countless logistical issues that are making it nearly impossible for people to get the pills.

If we know that the pills can help people to recover and that they will keep people out of the hospital, shouldn’t we be doing everything we can to get the pills out to every doctor’s office and testing site in the country?

This is where the Biden administration is failing. They’d rather focus on shoving vaccines at everyone and getting tests out to people. But what happens if someone tests positive? It’s as if the administration stopped planning once they find out that people are positive.

Biden promised to have a plan to deal with COVID. He got into office based on the idea that he could handle the pandemic better than Trump.

At this point, it’s safe to say that Biden has failed. We don’t have access to COVID tests, despite the administration offering to send four to every household. And, we don’t have access to medication that can actually help people recover from COVID.

The only reason we are still dealing with the pandemic as significantly as we still are is that Biden has failed in an epic way. We’re taking orders from Dr. Fauci, an 81-year-old media whore, instead of the doctors all around the country who believe we need to be offering COVID pills and measuring the importance of natural immunity.

There’s only denial. Jeff Zients, the White House’s COVID response coordinator recently said, “Our nation’s medicine cabinet has never been more stocked, with 4 million effective treatments available in January alone.” That’s great, but if people can’t get the treatments they really need, it doesn’t matter how stocked that cabinet is.
