Free Florida Means Less Federal Involvement and Biden Meddling

Joe Biden continues his divisive attacks against Republican states and people who refuse to submit to his socialism. The president wants all to follow his lead as he tears America down and allows illegals to infiltrate from all directions. But with all the nastiness that Biden continues to pour into America, those such as Governor Ron DeSantis fight for freedom.

The Floridian governor continues his fight against the illegal mandates and intrusive push Biden wants to do. The president demands that every state and citizen bow to the insidious attacks and mandates from the Oval Office.

The latest proposal that DeSantis has issued falls right in line with his decisions to keep Florida free from the socialism flooding from the Democratic Party. DeSantis wants to revive the state guard formed to protect and serve the state of Florida. It was in 1947 when it was dissolved.

The military force was comprised of civilians dedicated to serving the state while the country fought in World War II. CNN reports that Florida would be the 23rd state to have such a force on hand. His proposal is nothing new. It would be used to keep the state from depending on a president who sees fit to deny emergency aid for Republican states.

The civilian guard would help in times of great need. It is a way for communities to band together and reach out to each other when aid is severely needed. The guard would be free from reporting to the federal government in times of need. Their field of service would be strictly state-oriented. They would not have to be abused by Nancy Pelosi or Joe Biden like many of the National Guard was earlier in 2021 when they were left to rot in a parking garage.

DeSantis stated with clarity that the guard would be used to respond to state needs. It provides a way for people to help each other without the drama of the Democratic Party.

Joe Biden is on the move to force himself on all the members of the National Guard. He wants to force them to get the vaccine whether they need it or not. Those who refuse to be vaccinated will not be allowed to participate in training, which will keep them from remaining in service.

The Daily Wire found and reported that “In an internal memo to leaders of the armed forces, according to the Associated Press, Austin spelled out the new policy, directing leaders of the four service branches to publish guidance dealing with men and women serving in the National Guard who refuse the vaccine. ‘Vaccination is essential to the health and readiness of the force,’ Austin said. The vaccine requirement is part of the military’s medical readiness requirements, the AP reported. All members of the armed services are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 unless they receive an exemption for medical or other reasons.”

The Democratic Party would rather punish the military members instead of supporting them. They seek to force the soldiers to do things beyond reasonable expectations, such as giving up their rights to make informed decisions for themselves.

The proposal coming from DeSantis’s office would give the National Guard in Florida the support they need to do their job. They would also be able to work alongside men and women who care about them and do what is right in the country’s best interests and not for the greedy president.

Ron DeSantis started with a passion that “We are proud of our veterans and active-duty military members and proud of what our communities do to support them. Florida is one of the most veteran-friendly states and I think there are very few places that you would rather be on duty than in the state of Florida. As a veteran, I really appreciate what everyone who wears the uniform does in our state and am excited about these proposals – they will go a long way and have a meaningful impact. In Florida, we are going to continue our momentum of supporting our military, supporting our veterans, and being good stewards of our military installations.”

And that loyalty found in Florida is why so many veterans call it their home.
