Tulsi Gabbard may be a Democrat, but she has proven that she’s not a sheep like so many others within her party.
She’s decided she can’t sit back and watch what the Democrats are doing any longer. She’s calling them out for their lies – and she’s gone as far as demanding that Biden apologizes to the American people.
The former U.S. representative from Hawaii (and former presidential candidate) has put the Biden administration on blast.
She starts by calling Biden out for his statements that he would make Border Patrol agents “pay” for whipping Haitians. Of course, we now know that the story was completely false – yet Biden didn’t even bother to seek out the truth before he spoke.
CBP agents were using the whips to control the horses. At no time did they whip any of the Haitians who had entered the U.S. illegally through the border in Del Rio, Texas.
When Biden went live a few days ago, he said “To see people treated like they did? Horses running them over? People being strapped? It’s outrageous.”
The president would rather believe the liberal media without asking for proof. And, as a result, he made an ass out of himself and the rest of his administration once again.
Perhaps if the president went down to the border to see the crisis for himself, he’d actually celebrate the hard work that the CBP agents are doing instead of threatening to make them “pay.”
Gabbard didn’t stop at simply calling Biden out for perpetuating the false story, however. The former politician told Jesse Waters on Fox that Biden was wrong and that he needed to apologize to the American people for saying what he said.
Gabbard points out that Biden has always been vocal about being against autocrats and autocracy. Yet, what he did was “act as judge, jury, and executioner for these Customs and Border Patrol agents on horseback.”
Biden wasn’t concerned about investigating. He wasn’t looking to get them into a court to determine what a judge would sentence them to. Instead, he was willing to believe a false story and immediately condemn the agents.
Gabbard goes on to say that “How can they expect to have any kind of fair outcome to an investigation when the President of the United States has already declared their guilt and that they will be punished?”
This is a terrifying concept when you think about it. We are a democracy, yet Biden wants to pretend as though there are no laws as far as he’s concerned. He was willing to identify that those people were guilty rather than remembering that everyone is innocent until proven guilty.
Considering that there were no photos, videos, or other evidence that the CBP agents whipped fleeing Haitian migrants, there was nothing to prove guilt. They were innocent – and Biden needs to apologize for claiming otherwise.
It’s not just this one instance that makes Gabbard hate what the Democrats are doing, though. She said that there are many Dems who are getting away with lies. They’re being selfish and they’re not acting in the best interest of the U.S.
A perfect example, as Watters suggested, was the Russia collusion hoax where disinformation was spread about Trump and Russia.
Gabbard has proven that she’s not one of the sheep of the Democratic Party. She has her own ideas, she’s ashamed of what the liberal media has done, and she thinks Biden needs to go back to the Trump policies regarding the border since those actually worked.
