America’s Freedom Is Over! Biden’s DOJ Agrees With Totalitarian Regimes and Declares Forced Vaccinations Are Legal

The Biden Department of Justice has made a decision that is sure to have numerous long-term ramifications. They have now ruled that federal law doesn’t prohibit public agencies, private business from requiring vaccines for employees. This does not seem like the best idea but this is Biden’s America now.

The funniest part of all is that these are the same people who were loud and proud about their refusal to take the vaccine while Trump was in office. Harris is on record saying this but no one cared to call her out on it once this administration pivoted to the “everyone must get vaccinated” stance. The Epoch Times has more about this landmark decision:

“The Department of Justice concluded in an opinion that federal law doesn’t prohibit public agencies and private businesses from requiring COVID-19 vaccines under the Food and Drug Administration’s emergency use authorization.

On July 26, the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, California, and New York City said they would require some of their government workers to get the COVID-19 shot or be tested weekly. Veterans Affairs, with the move, became the first federal agency to mandate the vaccine.

The Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel on July 26 wrote (pdf) that because access to COVID-19 vaccines is more commonplace, “numerous educational institutions, employers, and other entities across the United States” have said they will require some individuals to be vaccinated against the virus as a condition of employment, participation, benefit, service, or relationship.

“For instance,” it wrote, “certain schools will require vaccination in order for students to attend class in person, and certain employers will require vaccination as a condition of employment.”

The opinion, which noted that some have questioned the legality of such mandates, concluded that federal law concerning the FDA’s emergency use authorizations (EUA) on COVID-19 vaccines made by Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson & Johnson doesn’t “prohibit public or private entities from imposing vaccine requirements, even when the only vaccines available are those authorized under EUAs.”

Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson and Johnson and AstraZeneca all have their share of issues. It is easy to see why so many people are reticent to get their jabs. Pfizer has paid over $4 billion in fines from various false claims and the company is lousy with controversies that speak to the high level of corruption that takes place within their organization. Kickbacks and bribery are all too common.

As for Moderna, this company has yet to bring a vaccine to market, despite their best efforts. How can people feel comfortable getting vaccinations from a company that has tried to bring 9 different vaccines to market with no success? None of these vaccines even made it through phase 3 of the clinical trials but people are expected to “get their jabs” with no critical thinking.

Johnson and Johnson’s issues are well documented and anyone who touches any products from them is placing their life in their hands. The same goes for AstraZeneca. So why are people being treated like lepers for having obvious concerns about these vaccination options? Forced vaccination should never be legal under any circumstances.

Americans need to have the choice to make their own decisions, regardless of whether Joe Biden thinks it is a good idea or not. This should go without saying but there is nothing that can be done here. The cat is out of the bag and the mandates are only going to get worse and worse. It won’t be long before all Americans are forced to vaccinate to maintain their employment status.

Anyone who thought that Biden wouldn’t bow to his corporate masters was deluding themselves. He’s even gone so far to say there will not be another lockdown on his watch. Things have been laid bare: you will either get vaccinated or you will get COVID-19. Either way, the American government no longer has any sort of vested interest in protecting your personal rights.
