This latest bit of liberal insanity comes to us live from San Marcos, California. This is the story of an insane California high school teacher named Alissa Piro. During a Zoom lesson, one of her students made a crucial mistake. They challenged her authority and wouldn’t you know it? She absolutely lost it.
Piro was told about a recent lawsuit that had been filed that sought an earlier lifting of the current restrictions so that students would have the chance to return to in-person learning as soon as possible. Piro was not about to take in that logical statement. In fact, she blew a gasket.
The tirade that she launched into was one for the ages. This woman has a severe anger problem and we would have been laughing if we weren’t so appalled. Fox News has more about this teacher’s outburst:
“In a video shared on Facebook, San Marcos High School teacher Alissa Piro can be heard raising her voice at several seniors during a virtual lesson over Zoom…
“If your parent wants to talk to me about their profession and their opinion on their profession, I would love to hear that…,” she says.

“However, if your parent wants to come talk to me about how I’m not doing a good enough job in distance learning based on what you need as an individual? Just dare them to come at me. Because I am so sick to my stomach of parents trying to tell educators how to do their job.”
The video is not of high quality because the parent who recorded it was using their cell phone to record their child’s screen during their Zoom lesson.

If you would like to see the video for yourself, they have got you covered. In fairness to Piro, she does seem to realize that she is going a bit too far with her complaining. Towards the end of the clip, she seems to become a bit sheepish about raising her voice. At least that’s something?
We would like to cut her a little bit of slack because she’s under a ton of pressure these days but the students are, too. That’s no excuse to have an epic tantrum like this. Now that word of this incident has gotten out, another parent has shared an interesting story. Piro is said to have taught at a different elementary school before she ended up losing her job.
If you ask us, it is more amazing that she was even fired at all. It takes a lot for a teacher to lose their job in this country. Piro had to have acted like a true monster to get herself let go from an elementary school. As for the aforementioned lawsuit, her union is currently responsible for the pushback against it.
The teachers wouldn’t go back to in-person learning on a full-time basis. They wanted a hybrid learning schedule that was not actually going to help anyone. School principal Adam Dawson was shown the Piro video and claimed that he would be doing something to address it. As near as we can tell, nothing is happening as of yet.
At the moment, the CDC and the HHS believe that schools can be reopened and that students are not at increased risk for transmission. The teachers’ unions are all that stands between these students and a more normal existence. The fact that they would continue to stand in opposition to this right now should tell you everything that you need to know.
